Kevin & Jennifer snagged a killer townhome one block from the beach, but it was virtually untouched since it was built in the 60s. We gutted the kitchen and bathrooms, did some rearranging and created a fresh and modern take on a beachy, coastal sanctuary. With subtle nautical nods, natural woods, and elegant finishes, their home is completely reimagined in a way that perfectly blends their sophisticated, classic style with a clean and casual beach house.
